How does the femSense fertility tracker work?

femSense is based on the temperature method that has been used by women for generations to plan or avoid pregnancy.

Originally, this method uses a thermometer to measure your basal body temperature when you wake up in the morning. femSense, on the other hand, measures your temperature throughout the day using a high-precision temperature sensor embedded in a skin patch. You only need to read the sensor twice a day with the help of the app so that the algorithm can process your data correctly and thus confirm your ovulation.

Through this constant measurement, femSense can define the fertile phase accurately and individually for each user.
